Data received when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp. If you join the waiting list, your email, your name (optional), your interests and your language, to let you know when booking opens and, if you've agreed, to send you news and offers; you can unsubscribe from any email. If you use a professional's “Check availability” form, your message is sent to the professional from your own WhatsApp, and Calmtree receives a copy by email (name, message, room and dates) to keep track of directory enquiries.
